Shipping Policy
We aim to get your beautiful bakes out to you as quickly and safely as possible. When placing your order please make sure that all your information is correct e.g. address, email, mobile number. We do not take responsibility for any of this information being incorrect and causing delays or lost parcels due to this. If you use the Royal Mail tracking to re route/ divert or 'deliver to a safe place or neighbour' we cannot be held responsible if this causes a delay with delivery. Here is all the info you need to know on the process.
Dispatch Time
We ship our items out once a week on a THURSDAY allowing us to bake to order. This means all your items are as fresh as can be when you receive them. All orders placed by 2PM ON MONDAY will be shipped that Thursday.
Shipping Method
We use royal mail 24h tracked as our courier. This usually takes 1 working day once dispatched and you will also get a tracking number to follow your bakes journey. Please keep in mind the busy seasons such as Christmas as there can be delays with royal mail at these times.
Damaged Goods
Our bakes are shipped using sturdy boxes and eco packing peanuts (these are dissolvable in water) to help protect our bakes as much as possible. If your bakes are significantly damaged or squashed upon arrival due to mishandling during transit, we will assess the situation and consider placing a claim through our shipping partner, Royal Mail, to facilitate a refund for you. Please note that we will only process refunds for orders damaged to the extent that they are unsuitable for consumption. Minor cosmetic imperfections or slight damage that does not impact the integrity of the products will not qualify for a refund.
